Tour the House
-
The Daisy Room envelopes you in a golden yellow hue as if you’re skipping through a field of flowers.
-
A queen sized bed on a beautiful oak bed frame. Very cozy and sleeps 2.
-
Enjoy getting ready in the vanity overlooking the yard or find yourself reading a book at the antique settee. You are sure to have the sweetest dreams in this “peace yellow” painted room. (and yes that was the name of the paint color)
-
The Ivy room is inspired by all things botanical. Grow amongst the leaves in this forest themed bedroom.
-
The bed is a full sized mattress with high thread count sheets. Sleeps 2.
-
Enjoy this 1930’s three piece bed room set (dresser, vanity, bed frame) There is also a vintage hairdresser chair that acts as a fun photo prop.
-
“I said pink flowers but it’s fine”. The Rose room is a beautiful sitting room that would be perfect for getting ready with your bridesmaids in. Plenty of lush mauve velvet seating.
-
The chaise was from a 1930’s Hollywood starlet’s estate. If those cushions could talk! The chaise also very comfortably sleeps one.
-
Between the Neiman Marcus velour chairs, regency waterfall vanity, and floral wallpaper this room is perfect for afternoon tea and chatting with your girlfriends.
-
The main living area to the Inn offers a very french romantic inspired vibe.
-
This murphy bed is an easy fold down cabinet style arrangement. It creates a comfortable queen bed perfect for extra guest. Sleeps 2.
-
This room comes equipped with an electrical fire place, board games, a flat screen tv, french art, and several seating arrangements to fit the whole family.
-
As you enter through the main entrance of the house you are met with the funky leopard bar. Take your shoes off and stay awhile! A cocktail? purrrrrr
-
I found this bar during my time in Hollywood. It fully lights up, as well as hides some fun tiki glasses for you to have the perfect Pina Colada night.
-
What once was a rather dungeon like basement has now been transformed into the grooviest basement bar you’ve ever seen. Enjoy all of the cat motifs as well as a comfy yellow couch and record player.
-
Come cozy up by the window and read your favourite novel. Billie Holiday is playing softly in the background as you light an incense and let the warm light hit your face.
-
Feel free to catch up on emails or work on the book you’re writing at the antique wooden desk that overlooks the backyard.
-
An oxblood leather office chair, amber candelabras, and brass eagle motifs this room is definitely luxurious.
-
This beautiful open concept kitchen has some of the most precious wood in the house. You can almost taste your Grandma’s homemade apple pie as you walk into this retro avocado green kitchen.
-
The dining table was handmade by a local Hanover artisan. It sits 6 people. The house is also equipped with fine china dinner dishes to host your Thanksgiving turkey.
-
A fully working avocado green stove from the 70’s that match the floral wallpaper and cabinets? A blast from the past! Enjoy the coffee bar to chose your favourite cup o’ joe from.
-
Inspired by Marilyn Monroe’s 1953 film “Gentlemen Prefer Blondes”, this bathroom has been completely renovated back in time!
-
This cast iron clawfoot tub was completely restored by me, myself, and I! Enjoy a relaxing bubble bath or easily switch the brass faucet to take a shower. I hand painted the stenciling on the tub as well as the walls.
-
Pink floral curtains, brass fixtures, the original wood floors… This bathroom is just absolutely stunning. Breakfast at Tiffany’s meets Barbie.
-
The Spring House is original to the property and has stayed a strong and beautiful piece of Snow Daisy Inn’s unique history.
-
Feel free to have dinner and wine in the cabin. Snow Daisy Inn suggest local winery Thunder Ridge Vineyard’s cabernet.
-
This beautiful 150 year old log cabin is what makes having a historic house so fun! Eat at my childhood dining table and enjoy a candle lit meal.
-
Nestled in the Pennsylvania countryside, this house lays on almost 2 acres of land. We are surrounded on both sides with another 40 acres of land as well. Respect the wildlife here please!
-
Feel free to use the tent, fire pit, and kayak as long as you fully clean up after yourself. Do not leave food out for the animals and always make sure the fire is fully out before heading to bed.
-
Enjoy several outdoor seating areas around the property including a hammock. My favourite part of the yard is the weeping willow out front. Nothin’ like some sweet tea and watching the birds.
